Graduation Ceremony 2 - Travel, Business and Hospitality

It's time to celebrate your Newcastle College University Centre Graduation!

The details of your Graduation ceremony are as follows:

Ceremony 2: Travel, Business and Hospitality 

Date: Thursday 9 July 2026

Location: Newcastle Civic Centre

Student registration and robing: 12.45pm to 1.45pm

Ceremony start time: 2.45pm

Graduates depart: 4.30pm

Deadline to book your place, hire your gown, book guest tickets and photography: 12.00pm, Thursday 21 May 2026 (or earlier if sold out).

Your student ticket is £39 and includes the cost of your gown hire. You may purchase up to two guest tickets at £12 each. All guests, including those under 18, must have a ticket. Tickets are non transferable and subject to venue capacity.

Tickets will be issued as a PDF via email following payment. You must bring either a printed or digital copy of your ticket on the day. It is your responsibility to ensure your guests all have their tickets, as each ticket can only be scanned once.

If you choose not to attend, you will not be able to purchase guest tickets on behalf of another student. If ceremonies are not fully booked by 12pm, Thursday 21 May 2026, additional guest tickets will be released from 10am, Thursday 11 June 2026. There is no waiting list for additional tickets.
